It’s almost Thanksgiving! Hooray! For teachers like me, this means a few thing:
- The opportunity to bring American history to life in the classroom
- Fun worksheets, lessons, and activities that enrich learning in a more exciting, interesting way
- Creating cute Thanksgiving or turkey crafts with our students
- Mixing up some delicious treats we can share with our classes
For the next week, I’ll be posting and sharing some ideas for all you Thanksgiving lovers out there! Each day, look for a new post. And by all means, feel free to share any of your own gobbling-great ideas in the comments section!
Gobble, gobble, let’s go!
This is a cute craft that could be done at many levels. For my fifth graders, I would require my students to write sentences on each feather, describing different things they are thankful for. LOVE this! Thank you, Preschool Alphabet by Lindsy, for sharing!
Make sure you check back tomorrow for another fun idea!
